1. At startup, the file scanner locates all Outlook Express system files on your computer.
2. System file list displays all Outlook Express files and registry settings. The course of action to be taken is displayed.
3. Registry settings are backed up, and system files are renamed, in order to safely remove them.
4. Outlook Express is then reinstalled.
